Sparks

Your wallet, explained.

What do sparks buy?

Sparks unlock cosmetic outfits and let you continue from your last stable checkpoint. You can also collect them while playing. Starting a new climb costs no sparks. Paid checkpoint continues remain eligible for rankings.

Are purchases a subscription?

No. Spark packs are one-time consumable purchases through Apple's App Store. The localized price and amount are displayed before confirmation. Purchases require a connection and Apple approval.

A purchase did not arrive

Open the spark shop and use its unfinished-purchase check with the same Apple Account. A verified unfinished purchase is added only once. If it still has not arrived, contact support with the order reference and approximate purchase time. Apple handles billing and refunds at Report a Problem.

Changing or deleting your device

The spark balance and cosmetics belong to the local game wallet. They do not sync between devices. Finished consumable purchases are not restored like a non-consumable unlock. A protected backup may remain in the iPhone Keychain after reinstalling, but it is not a cross-device recovery service. Avoid deleting the game or erasing your device if you need to retain local progress.

Privacy policy · September 15, 2026

Only what the game needs.

This policy covers the iPhone game Dusk Climber, developed by Ivan Onoprienko, and support communications. No separate developer account is required to play.

Local progress

The game stores settings, tutorial progress, scores, unlocked biomes, cosmetics, ghost-run data and the spark wallet on your device. Purchase transaction identifiers and refund markers prevent duplicate grants. A wallet backup uses iOS Keychain. The release does not send these local saves to a developer-operated game server.

Game Center

When Game Center is enabled, the game uses Apple's services for authentication, achievements and friend/global rankings. This involves your Game Center player identifier, nickname, avatar, game scores and achievements. Friends rankings use Game Center gaming connections when available; the game does not read your phone contacts. Profile and score visibility follows your Game Center settings. You may play without signing into Game Center; online rankings then remain unavailable.

App Store purchases

Apple processes payments. The game receives verified product and transaction information, including transaction identifiers and refund status, to update the local spark wallet. It does not receive your payment-card number. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies and legal obligations.

Advertising and analytics

This release includes no advertising network or developer analytics service and does not use the advertising identifier. Apple may provide crash reports or aggregated app analytics according to your device's sharing settings. The developer does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Support

If you contact support, the developer receives your email address and the content and attachments you choose to send. They are used to answer your request, investigate faults and meet applicable legal obligations. Correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed for those purposes. You can request its deletion at the address below.

Service providers

Apple operates Game Center and App Store services under Apple's privacy policy. Email providers process support correspondence. This support website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure; its hosting providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the website. This page adds no advertising, analytics script or tracking cookie.

Children

Dusk Climber is a general-audience game, not a service directed to children under 13. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact the developer to request removal. App Store parental purchase controls apply to in-app purchases.

Your choices

Control your information.

Deleting the app removes its ordinary local save files. An iOS Keychain wallet backup may persist independently. Game Center and App Store records are managed by Apple and are not automatically deleted when you uninstall the game; use Apple's account privacy controls or Data and Privacy service for those records.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent directly to the developer, email ivan.soyer@gmail.com. Identify the relevant correspondence without sending passwords. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and necessary record-retention obligations.

There is no developer-hosted player account to delete. Your Apple Account and Game Center profile are controlled by Apple.

Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
